Onyx is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology, and brings dedication, compassion, and a mindful attention to detail to all of her patients. Onyx is experienced in treating a wide variety of dermatological conditions, and has a special passion for diagnosing conditions on skin of color.
Onyx graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biology before moving on to earn a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Barry University, and finally completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest medical research and evidence through continuous education, traveling to dermatological conferences, and involvement in professional organizations like the Society of Dermatology of Physician Assistants.
Onyx has just as keen an eye for detail in her personal life as she does in the office, and spends most of her weekends antiquing around Atlanta and the Appalachian region looking for rare finds. In her down time, she loves to treat herself to a good book and a warm mug of coffee.
